SmartLink Talk App may periodically access your address book on your mobile device in order to provide the service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that and give your express consent to SmartLink Talk App to access your address book and mobile phone number.

 

Disclosure

We do not use or disclose information about your individual usage of SmartLink Talk App or information that you may give us on SmartLink Talk, such as your name, address, email address or telephone number, to any outside companies. SmartLink Talk may share such information in response to legal process, such as a court order or subpoena, or in special cases such as a physical threat to you or others. Information shared from your address book may only be used for the sole purpose of recognizing and recommending you to people you may know among existing SmartLink Talk App users and to enable additional services available only to registered users. You continue having a control over that information and at any time you can disable sharing of your address book.

 

Kids on SmartLink Talk

SmartLink Talk takes special care to protect the safety and privacy of young people using our services, and encourages you to participate in your child's experience in cyberspace. SmartLink Talk is a general audience App, and we do not knowingly collect information about children. For parents who are SmartLink Talk members, SmartLink Talk recommends that parents review important safety tips before your child explores the Internet, and use Parental Controls.
